Rebecca’s most notable accomplishments are being the lead court reporter in the following: United States v. Google antitrust case from 2020-2023, Dominion v. Fox New 2021-2023, NFL antitrust litigation 2020-2023, and the Madison Square Garden litigation. She has also handled a majority of depositions as well as trials and arbitrations in the following major bankruptcies: Nine West, Toys “R” Us, First Energy, Chesapeake, Celsius, LTL, Aearo Technologies, and dozens more.

Recently, in February of 2025, Evolution was the lead court reporting agency for both sides of the Red River Talc bankruptcy. Rebecca was overseeing all operations of the several months of depositions and two-week trial, as well as showing up on the front line as one of the lead court reporters.
